Pros

I loved my GM, FOM, and Sales Manager. Women really get things done in the work place. I had a wonderful experience here.

Cons

Hours in the hotel industry are never ideal except if you are lucky enough to work the 7-3 shifts. Select Service hotels provide minimal excitement (especially in the suburbs) - but also less stress!

I liked the guest and the pay and also the working enviroment

Cons

Well where i worked at which was downtown Detroit it really got very crazy on the weekends far as guest coming in to drunk and they did not have any security so i was a night auditor/ security officer and only got paid for one job.
