Terrible high school type drama, front desk attendants responsible for laundry, and constant breaking of dryers and other appliances.

Pros

Good interaction with guests, freedom for problem solving. Job was solid as overnight Audit for 2.5 years, pay was average, and problems could occasionally be engaging.

Cons

No management interaction. So there was never any reinforcement for my work. When I started I had to hunt down management to make sure my work was ok. There was no encouragement for problems handled well, and no chance to work up since they never saw my guest interactions.
