Pros

Loved that I could nearly double my holiday allowance by working 9 days, 4 days off and 5 days holidays, 4 days off and than back to work, this way being off for 13 days instead of the usual 9. I really enjoyed the environment and my boss was great.

Cons

Early and morning shifts right after late shifts can be a bit tiring and doing night shifts can kill you if you are not used to staying up all night.

None I can think of off the top of my head

Cons

Low pay, .25 cent raises, little upward mobility, lack of employee incentives, all feedback is negative with little positive feedback, a nightmare of an organization! The last 3 weeks the front desk agents haven't even had A/C...I'am looking at the thermostat right now and it reads 88 degrees
