Employee discounts are nice, the work is engaging, and fellow employees are friendly

Cons

Management is a bit incompetent and out of touch with employees, very little room for advancement, and the pay isn't competitive with other jobs that have the same nature of work.

Remote work and flexible schedule. Relaxed environment with very little expectations. Engineering team is made up of great personalities.

Cons

No career growth or mobility, siloed within your domain. Lack of leadership and decision making at the top. No bonus or RSU program. Multiple years of none or very small raises, be prepared to leave and come back to increase your salary. If you're technical, you will be at the bottom of the totem pole. This company is marketing driven. Since the IPO the company is very focused on acquisitions, internal R&D is an afterthought and struggle.
