It’s awesome if you like talking to people and trouble shooting cars over the phone. It’s great.

Cons

Only seems to be good for enthusiastic young car people who live at home with Mom and Dad. Hard to support a family at 15.30/hr and then they cut the commission out from under you.

Decent pay, fair benefits, reasonable hours.

Cons

Lack of communication, lack of true transparency. Leaders say one thing one moment, then just as quickly take it back. Little to no training. You are on your own. Forget any assistance. You’d do better to find assistance from external sources. Very siloed. People don’t talk to other people in different departments. Everyone blames everyone for everything. No one has a servant’s heart here. You never hear a thank you for anything. Entitled people willing to hurt others to humiliate them.
