Work environment, pay, lay-offs, and culture.

Since going public, Holley has become entirely driven by shareholders and profits. Make the products as fast and cheap as possible. The customers and the employees come last. Current executives are not car enthusiasts. They do not have relevant experience in the aftermarket automotive industry and struggle to understand why each Holley brand makes the products it does. The internal processes are slow and counterproductive. They a too middle-manager heavy. There is not enough expertise where it needs to be. It's showing in the horrendous sales numbers. Anyone with talent and strong opinions favoring car enthusiasts has already left or is contemplating leaving. Once a respected, innovative leader in the industry, it's astonishing how far that Holley has fallen.
