Fantastic coworkers and managers. All of these people really truly understand autos and what it takes to tune them.

Cons

Senior management. They are a joke. They keep touting how much they want to make this a "great place to work" while forcing us on a reduced pay furlough (mandatory unpaid Friday off every other week) and completely removing 401(k) matching while going on a senior management hiring spree the likes of which I've never seen in my career. Absolutely out of touch and seemingly could care less. Right now, you'd have to be either crazy or desperate to work here.

Cons

New management doesn't care about loyalty, industry knowledge, dedication, hard work,. They don't know what employees do. They lay people off constantly. Workers still there don't know if they will have a job tomorrow despite years of hard work.
