      Pros

      Family feel for such a large company. Good opportunity for advancement across multiple businesses within the Holman organization. There are a lot of employee appreciation/recognition events throughout the year.

      Cons

      No cons about the company, only gripes are with specific positions.

      Fast paced environment and good earning potential. Decent benefits and 401k. Factory technology and equipment.

      Cons

      Ridged trickle down structure, which is not unlike other companies today. Team members are regarded only as workers.
