Pros
This is a great place to work. Lots of benefits and flexible schedule. The biggest plus is the friendly environment. Full tuition reimbursement is just incredible!
Cons
There are a lot of "managers" or people with no direct reports. These people usually don't offer much over other workers but command a high salary. They have either brown nosed their way if they are young or have been employed long enough to need to have their egos satisfied with a promotion. The latter would be fine except it denies other qualified people a job.
