Holman is a good company to work for and still have employees in the main scope of their business. Insurance programs are good and the daily work environment is positive.

Cons

At times they try to operate as a top 100 company. The direction of the company is not always forth coming and employee expectations are not always outlined.

It seems it's very hard to get fired. Same People have worked here for long time when they are know for less than professional behavior.

Cons

Company says employees are their number one asset. Not very apparent or enforced. A lot of good people quit and move on.
