      Pros

      Pay, benefits, vacation, 401k, great atmosphere when management isn't around, fun to see bare trucks get turned into machines, schedule, some overtime, not many weekends

      Cons

      Management staff needs to be update on things going on, upper management not up to date on what goes on at plant, moral

      Pros

      If you're simply seeking a paycheck and you're not particularly passionate about your career this would be a good place for you to work.

      Cons

      If you're looking for structure, career development and growth, training, and mental stimulation this is not the company for you. Initially, when you are offered a position they sell you on the culture, growth of the company, and opportunities but honestly unless you have been there for ages and know the right people you will feel stuck. The growth is for them not for you. We were offered no real training and support to help us be efficient at our jobs. It's a lot of smoke and mirrors and it seems as if no one really knows what they're doing which would make sense as to why they cannot train their employees properly. They are missing the boat and losing valuable assets by operating like chickens without heads.
