Pros

Excellent company to work for and to be able to grow with. Large company with a family owned feel to it.

Cons

None that really stand out, maybe do away with the tiered health care structure, as that can be disparaging to recent employees.

I started at Holman in Florida 16 years ago. I was given every opportunity to advance, I worked hard and was treated as one of the "family". I was always treated well by my managers and received proper training in order to perform my job, The Holman family truly cares about their customers and employees.

Cons

There are none! I spent 16 years in a wonderful work environment.
