      The Holman Automovite Group is a good "local minded" company in South Jersey.

      Cons

      You can be a great employee, and even pass all Woerh tests, but unless the psychologist at Woehr Associates determines that you are an ideal employee for The Holman Automotive Group, you will not be given any consideration for the job applied.

      Pros

      decent pay, good work hours, monday through friday work schedule, paid weekly, possibility for bonuses, sometimes a possibility for overtime.

      Cons

      Don't give you enough training just teach you for a few hours then expect you to be able to do everything on your own. They expect you to be able to complete a ridiculous amount of work in a small time frame. For me they wanted me to complete 20+ hours worth of work in 8 hours and then send it to inspection and expected it to come back with no problems. Unfortunately for them I like to complete my work to a top notch standard so it took me more than the 8 hours they gave me and they fired me.
