Feeling part of a team, growth in the business, you can work your way up the ladder, safe work environment, regular bonuses and rewards for good work, everyone is respected by the owners of the company.

Great company that cares about employees and communities in which they operate. Top employees have good chances of being promoted within operations. Senior Management is exceptionally qualified and talented.

Cons

Due to small-mid size of company, advancement opportunities are somewhat limited at times. Benefit packages are competitive but not nearly the best in the industry. Management tenure is long which is a pro, however, this contributes to less opportunity for advancement of others.
