President has surrounded himself with "yes persons" and consequently management does not function to improve conditions. They merely pass on dictates.

Thank you for getting to know our patients and providing care to them for over 8 years. Our leadership team is always open to hearing new ideas and implementing those that are achievable. Holyoke Medical Center conducts an anonymous third-party employee engagement survey every year and we encourage staff to maintain open communication with their leadership.
