Pros

Overall a good place to work with good compensation.

Cons

The hospital is expanding and the pharmacy is not being given as much room for expansion as the rest of the hospital seems to be getting. The working area and work flow are lacking.

Pros

There's a Starbucks, decent work/life balance

Cons

I only worked there for three months. There was only two days of training and the rest I had to learn on the go. Unfortunately, the people that were supposed to train me had the enthusiasm and encouragement of a gargoyle, and I stopped seeking help. When I was let go, I was told it was due to my inability to be "successful" during the trial period. The staff in the office were all miserable. If that's what success looks like at this company, then I am glad to be thriving elsewhere.
