You are either with him or against him, and those who offer alternative views or feedback are not long for the organization. He allows physicians to bully the staff without consequences. Reported incidents of bullying by physicians have been ignored by HR and administration resulting in loss of many excellent staff members at all levels. Members of the administration who might not agree with this culture or these decisions are afraid to speak up for fear of losing their jobs.
