6yIn the last 5 years Holyoke Medical Center has achieved the highest patient satisfaction scores since CMS began measuring it. The data is publicly available. This has been accomplished by the hard work of our over 1,500 employees to change the culture for the better, despite the resistance of a minority who resist change and like to keep things "as they have always been" at the expense of our patients.
