Pros

This hospital is dedicated to providing high quality care to every patient, and provides the training and support employees need to succeed. I was encouraged by my supervisor to further my education and to take advantage of the $5,000 annual tuition reimbursement. I have found the leadership team to be approachable and encouraging. The people who work here are amazing, everyone cares about providing the best care and putting patients first.

Cons

The retirement match is not great.

Overall good company to work for. Good team players, especially in rehab. Had extensive training on computer system, clinical educator was very helpful.

Computer system is kind of outdated. Poor communication between staff

Pay is lower than other acute care hospitals, recent changes and turnover in upper management and administration feels disorganized at times, good ratio 6:1 for med surg but sometimes extra support needed. New bariatric patient assignments take up a lot of time away from your other patients
