Pros

Pays well and is a great summer job. A very unique work experience for a college student. Best suited for a college student since it is a very season job.

Cons

It is expected that you work 10 hours days, at least 5 days a week. Also summer holidays are a required work day for all employees, however they do pay very well.

Pros

Commission pay- pay depends on how busy it gets. expect it to be slower in the beginning, then really busy mid-late June and continue through the rest of the summer. Keeps you busy- can work basically as much as you want when the season is in full swing Freedom- Once you leave the facility, you are in charge

Cons

Variable demand (inconsistent pay), you can either get a good region or a not so good region Long hours Lots of miles Manual labor Subject to summer heat
