Not what I was expecting at all.

Pros

Helping those in need was very rewarding experience.

Cons

The training was a sub-par to say the least. The turnover rate for nurses made it difficult to develop relationships. You were always introducing yourself to the new "so and so". The mandatory meetings were always during shifts that I could not get covered and were over an hour drive from my home.

Pros

They do have a great vaction benefit in place after a 1 year which is very nice.

Cons

When they do not have work for you they expect you to sit and not make money until they can put you to work even though your bills need to be paid. Ridiculous!
