Pros

Set your own hours daily but will be asked to change them.

Cons

Always changing care givers locations at the last minute and lying to clients on why they are doing this. Just when you get to know a client you are changed to a new location. Owners appear to care about workers at first but no so much after you cant get them to call you back if you have an issue.

Pros

If you are proficient in caring for people, this is for you. No experience necessary except good knowledge of cooking and ability to do light housework. Thorough background check is done to protect the safety of clients.

Cons

Numerous references are needed. Must work 6 months before any of your employment costs are re-imbursed. Be prepared to pay $200 to start your job. It is best to have a mid-size car with good size trunk space to transport walker/wheelchair, or both.
