Pros

There was a lot of communication, they offered multiple training courses, I was immediately offered 40 hours with one client, they were available 24/7 for questions or emergencies.

Cons

No PTO or any benefits what-so-ever. I was scheduled and paid for full time but treated as a part time employee. No UPTO was offered, all employees are expected to be available 24/7 and respond immediately - If you declined a shift you were required to offer an explanation as to why. The training was not hands on except for CPR (which they offered certification for) and there was absolutely no training offered for any of the clients individually. They went against their safety regulations having employees administering medications, doing wound care and lifting over 50lbs.

Pros

I love getting to really know the clients! I have met some of the best people working this job and have learned so many things. there is never a shortness of hours they keep you very busy

Cons

You don't get breaks to yourself any breaks you get are when your client is resting. Only $10 an hour plus you go to peoples homes that need you but you do not now where anything is it drives me nuts as much as the clients

Pros

-There are some really nice clients. -Building long-term relationships with clients. -The client care managers do their best to outline the care of the client so you know what to expect (to the best of their ability). -The job is incredibly flexible with hours (say yes or no to shifts easily). -Compensation for holidays and mileage. -Free company polos

Cons

-Sometimes the client care managers are not organized -If you don't ask for details, you may work with a client who requires more care than you thought/something more challenging than you expected. -They don't tell you how to properly bathe clients. -Raises are rare if there are any? -Pay is low in general -They call/text/email you constantly to take shifts even when you've already specified you cannot work during a certain time.
