      Pros

      Phenomenal staff. Very supportive and kind, like family. Usually very laid back work environment - good amount of down time/sitting. Good for someone who enjoys a very slow paced understimulating job. Easy to make meaningful connections with clients. Also, you can request off any amount of time, any days you'd like as long as it's 2 weeks in advance.

      Cons

      Can be a nightmare schedule-wise. Clients can last minute drop shifts randomly, pass away, go to the hospital, etc. And almost always they're not able to replace your hours for a while. So in the meantime you can lose hundreds just waiting for new shifts. Also no PTO unless you're sick, only benefits are insurance/dental.

      You do an outstanding job, go to your yearly reviews,and get all perfect scores, every client you’ve ever had and their children say nothing but great things about you……than they tell you that you’re getting a “group raise”. What is that? Your grouped with lazy people, people that always call in sick or late all the time? This is the most unfair situation I’ve ever heard of!!!
