      Caregiving experience, client interaction, you see th impact of your work right away, you get to help people in need and make a difference

      No pros unless you get a nice client! The company offers no benefits

      Cons

      Unorganized, bullish employees. This place sucks. Honestly the little cup and handful of candy they give you at orientation will end up being the highlight. They will promise you full time but won’t be able to deliver unless you go against your preferences. Be prepared to take work with smokers and pets regardless of how you feel about them if you want to reach anywhere near 30 hours. They’ll hire for future need which they may or may not find and will leave you hanging in the balance.

      Pros

      They have a wonderful management team that is quick to help with any questions or concerns you have regarding your schedule or anything else. Since it is an individual job, there is not a strong workplace culture but management does host events that help grow relationships in the company and allow you to connect with your coworkers. This job involves a lot of one on one communication so it is a skill that should be possessed. It is a very people oriented job and if you like interacting with others and getting to know them this job is a good opportunity. The pay is competitive for the area and the hours are very flexible which is great

      Occasionally long commute to work depending on where client is located.
