Cons

Dishonest owners and HR. Lack of hours, very unprofessional operation, and care less about employees.

Pros

You get to meet some amazing clients along the way.

Cons

Some other staff can be pretty rude. Staff has a tendency to arrive late to relieve you from your shift (when client needs caregivers through out the day). And you cannot leave until they arrive… my children arrived to school late multiple times because the caregiver that was going to take over after me was over 30 minutes late. Office rarely gives you a location that is local to you… they tell you that you will have job sites close to home and that hardly ever happens.

Pros

On your time scheduling, able to call at all hours always get paid for your work, good for a little extra cash

Cons

Paycheck is paid at random, never sure when you'll get your pay. Middle of night calls arnt usually picked up and voice mails and emails don't get heard quick enough, sometimes schedules are not placed on time when asking for time off. Not a job with constant pay amounts, can be assigned to very distant places, damage to vehicle due to client location is not covered
