Pros

The schedule was pretty flexible.

Cons

More importance and emphasis is put on the Client Care Coordinators to the point where they are often thought of as the nurse. Most messages go through these Coordinators or the office and then if deemed medically necessary, filtered to the nurse. And sometimes the nurse is expected to deal with non-health related issues, too. Very often there’s not enough staff or Staff can’t start when they were told they’d be able to. So when the nurse goes to do an assessment, this frustration is directed the nurses. The list goes on and on.

Pros

The staff is nice and all around amazing.

Cons

When it comes to communication and scheduling it's terrible, they will ask you what kind of schedule you want, and they will tell you that is fine but when it comes to scheduling you will get what you told them at the interview that you aren't available to do.

Pros

The work was fulfilling. Most of the staff were great to work with.

Cons

The entire operation is unbalanced. Communication is terrible between management and staff.
