People Focused. Core Values are more than words on a board. They are the guiding principles by which the company is led and managed.

Cons

Compared to other companies I have been employed with in our industry, I cannot think of any cons about HomeTeam.

Can make as much money as you want if you work hard and take work from others if you complete all of yours before the month is over

Cons

mgmt is never there when you need them but will come at you for small things they always ask for suggestions on how to make the job better and easier but never implement them. too many meetings that slow down production. just like the pro about taking work from others they can also take work from you without asking resulting in money being taken away from you.
