Great company with phenomenal leadership intent. They do an excellent job of keeping goals and direction top of mind, and their strong people‑first culture fuels meaningful results through aligned, focused day‑to‑day activities.

Cons

I don’t see any cons. While the hiring process was lengthy, it was well‑structured, and communication was excellent throughout. The transparency and consistency actually made me more invested as the process progressed.
