Great company that is growing very fast. Lots of opportunities for people willing to work hard. Take home truck and great compensation.

Everything. I've worked for 3 other pest companies in my 20 years in this industry. While everyone preaches people first and customer service, HomeTeam actually lives it. It's easy to lose sight of the fact that this is a service industry and we sometimes have to do things for unpleasant people (customers) we would rather not do. Once you get past that fact, it's easy to see how much HomeTeam as a company actually appreciates it's employee's efforts and the fact that we all have lives to live outside of work.

Cons

There are none in my opinion. Pay, benefits, and perks are better than most in the industry.

Good company overall health 401 take home vehicle phone

Cons

Some techs have to work Saturday and if you only have retreats, no matter how many you have, you don't make a dime. You are taking a chance of being in an accident plus you are in unfamiliar territory, staying out 4,5 hrs , driving 140 or more miles and no money. Seems a waste of time, gas,etc.
