Home Team Pest Defense reviews

Some employees are plain lazy and incompetent but because they are tenured employees they basically can't get fired. Management can care less about customer service and yet are constantly giving meeting about how important customer service is. Communication within branch and between department and down to the customer is the worst I have ever dealt with. There is a ton of favoritism and allies established between the general manager and every person that is hired is somehow directly connected to him which gives any stranger no chance of getting hired regardless of education and qualifications. Can't seem to hire a decent sales manager. Glad I no longer work in this mess.

Through out the entire interview process I was asked at least seven different times if I have any trouble telling white lies. Home Team Pest Defense management is made up of racist individuals who could care less about work quality and proficiency. The stress of being terminated on a daily got to the point of just not caring. At one point if offered I would gladly ship off back to war then continue employment with this company. By far the most hostile and racist business environment I have ever experienced.
