Pros

Customers are the second most important thing.

Cons

People treatment, that is not good. Your directors shout at us for spending money on parts, but tell us to make sure the customers gets the best, dual standards in ops again.

Absolutely express a view, make a personal attack on a leader if that is your thing but make sure you get your facts right and make your review an honest one. When you don’t do this, you forfeit your right to get a reasonable and reasoned response.

Pros

The first focus is on the employees/people. Sort them out, and they'll sort out the customers and the others with an interest. Sounds simple - but how many others actually do it? Strategy is clear and shared with all. Ideas from all levels of the business are not just welcomed but are encouraged - and then often acted upon. Management listen - following a survey the maternity and paternity benefit was enhanced to market leading standard Flexible working location (role dependant) The new CEO will gladly have a half hour 1-2-1 with anyone... anyone. Unheard of if you ask me. Investment in tech changes will make a massive difference. Company is in growth mode - both UK and internationally. A good time to get in. Lots of employee engagement stuff and a decent Chrimbo Do. The vibe in the place is palpable, becomes the norm but those experiencing for the first time don't quite know what the hell is going on - in a good way! oh and a free policy is great - felt guilty using mine, but service was great.

Cons

I had some cons, but on reflection they feel a bit petty. No one and no company are perfect, but if they're striving to be better then don't knock it, so I won't. Ok I will, having to reverse park is a pain in the a**e!

Pros

If you was put into a good team and got on with everyone it can make work enjoyable.

Cons

Managers too target driven and not understanding particular needs of employees, no room for promotion, getting swapped into different teams all the time, our manger left and a new manger was appointed to us, didn't introduce themselves just sat on the old managers desk then called us into a meeting one by one and basically told us we was all rubbish at our jobs ect. after that 50% of my team did not return to work the next day or handed in their notice. Rubbish hours, say you only work like 1.5 weekends a month but end up working nearly every weekend.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. You’re right and changes are happening. The needs of employees are essential and it’s really important that we get this right. We’ve recently been working with Frontline employees, based on feedback, to create shift patterns focused around them. I’m sorry to read that we didn’t get this right for you. I would also hate to think that feedback was provided in the way you’ve described. It’s important we’re getting it right for our Customers and so constructive, values-based feedback is something that we’ve implemented across the business. I’ll be addressing this with the senior leadership team directly. If you would like to speak to me further, I’d be really happy to discuss any concerns you have so please feel free to email me.
