Pros

Free onsite parking, subsidised canteen & some flexible working.

Cons

Good if you fit in, but limited support from senior team. Sever lack of professionalism and people in roles who are not qualified or experienced.

We openly encourage individuals to speak to us, our SMT always have an open door, literally. Both Martin and Greg sit in the middle of our Contact Centre and are more than approachable. Pros

Recently Homeserve gave me 2 months off work so I could be there for my grandparents in there end of life, if I worked anywhere else I could of quite easily been laid off but Homeserve care & understand that family is important, I really appriciated this time as I was able to be by there side in there final days and it also allowed me time to grieve with my family, on top of allowing me the time they also gave me full pay which I wasn't expecting, what can I say, Thank You !

Cons

Personally Ive worked here 13 years & when I really needed them they helped me, I can't fault them

Open and Honest leadership team Clear and defined business objectives Clear and defined personal objectives (so you know exactly how you play a part in the wider picture) Development by the bucket load A growing international business When it's comes to Customers and the right thing, Computer never says "NO"
