Pros

Genuinely a great place to work, the atmosphere within the business is much more positive and senior management take time out to listen to feedback and act upon it. Employees are treated fairly and have a wide variety of benefits within the business. Customers both internal and external are highly valued by Homeserve, which is a great example of how far the business has come on.

Pros

After only being at homeserve for a short number of weeks, I have found the past weeks very informative whilst in training. I feel that the companies cares for your well being and are always happy to help employee's no matter how big or small the problem is. All the staff are very friendly and on a daily basis go out their way to make sure your having a good day.

Cons

The only con that I have.. Is the facilties within the Ryder Building such as the canteen and break out area. The canteen is very small as there is not alot of space to sit and eat and the range of different foods are very limited, compaired to the cateen in the main building.

Pros

HomeServe is on the whole a great place to work with a huge focus on staff engagement. This manifests itself in regular communication of business objectives as well as numerous fun events both in and out of standard office hours, many of which were open to friends and family.

Cons

Whilst there are lots of opportunity for staff progression it is a very hierarchical business with lots of layers. It was also painfully slow to get some things done with numerous gates to go through.
