Pros

Fair pay, high levels of engagement, excellent management through COVID-19, still feels like an ambitious company on the up.

Cons

Still a thin slice of clueless senior leaders.

Pros

During Covid-19 pandemic Homeserve are just brilliant! It was really worrying at the start but HomeServe soon put my mind at rest. Everyone still has their job. No job losses, no reduced hours and everyone was able to work from home. Communication has been outstanding from all areas. We know exactly what is happening. We have weekly (sometimes more) communication from our CEO and can contact him at anytime if we have a question or are concerned about anything. I've worked at HomeServe a long time and there have been a lot of good times as well as some bad times but right now it's a good time and I am so proud to work for this company. People are great, goals are clear, work and personal support is 100% .

Cons

The only downside for me is pay. I'm not on what I should be, I think that has something to do with how long I have worked here. But that said, I still have a job and a job that I love so is it really a con....
