Pros

Great sense of community, willingness to listen to employees with their suggestions/difficulties, embraces people who are disabled, an employer who really cares about their customers AND their people.

Pros

Really does care about there staff and customers. The Covid pandemic, showed how quick they are to react to our needs. No one person furlough and all staff were set up with the required equipment to work from home within days
