Open and honest culture!

HomeServe offers an incredibly open and honest culture, which is one of the reasons I have worked here for over 11 years. I am trusted to make decisions and to do my job. During the Covid-19 pandemic, I have been overwhelmed by the constant, open, fair and honest communication Senior Leaders in the business have given. It is very reassuring to know that HomeServe did not take a decision to furlough anybody during this difficult time. My career is progressed over the last few years and I feel really privileged to have embarked on my career path. I'm also doing a level 5 Operational and Management Development Apprenticeship through HomeServe, and near to completion. Great company for those who want an open and honest culture and truly live up to some great People and Customer Promises!
