Pros

I've been with HomeServe for quite a few years, and have worked at 5 companies before them. We had a tough few years but this is well and truly in the rear view mirror now and the road ahead is looking clear. HomeServe listen to what their staff have to say and put as much as possible into action (there will always be some stuff that's just too extreme). There are opportunities for those who want them and engage with the business, and training available at all levels. There have been some amazing benefits put into place with more in the pipeline. Management are approachable; i think it's fair to say that most of the changes have stemmed from the arrival of the Chief Marketing Officer around three years ago. Suddenly management relaxed and new blood was brought in to replace those who couldn't cope with the change in culture. I'm convinced that this will continue and things will keep getting better!

Cons

Just one con in my view. It's a 40 hour working week; would be good to move to 35/37.5 hours in line with other big companies.

Pros

If you are interested in progression this is the right company for you. The culture of the company is brilliant. Every single employee live up to the values of a company. I have been working with the company for nearly 8 years and experienced so many good changes and I am proud to call myself a member of HomeServe family

Cons

If you would have asked this questions 3 years ago I could have bring my long list out but I can't see any Cons in the company. It's a good place to work with brilliant working culture

Pros

I've been at Homeserve for nearly 14 yrs and through the years have seen the GBU's . All in all I would say it's one of the best companies you could ever work for as it's about YOU the customer....you have a Voice and that matters to Homeserve a lot, even my kids want to come and work here when they get older.
