Pros

Getting it right for our Customers and our People is at the core of the culture now. This is underpinned by a great set of both Customer and People values. We all want the business to succeed and we drive ourselves hard, but it's such a lot of fun and a really supportive environment. The best way of explaining how I feel about work is that I never feel that Sunday night 'oh no, I have to go to work in the morning' thing. I genuinely look forward to coming in to spend time with a great bunch of people who I enjoy being around.

Pros

My last review was mostly good but mixed with some trepidation that old mistakes would not truly be addressed - How wrong could I be - 2 years later and we really are customer focused with the customer being at the heart of everything we do, even if it's commercially expensive - not only that but the Company has put it's people first too - we have a fantastic benefits package and engagement has gone through the roof with specially organised events that must cost a fortune in time and effort and financial expense but have resulted in us all being WOWed.

Cons

Financial rewards are still an issue but the worst times are behind us and given the Company's view of treating it's people as fairly as they can I would like to think that pay and bonuses will improve as we grow bigger and better

Pros

The culture! - this company really does put the customer first and we are reminded of this with real life examples every day at the customer sales and service huddle. The ability to go and talk to anyone in the business is amazing. Regardless of level if you have a problem or need advice, as long as you know what you want to achieve, the directors are always happy to help! The people! - The people really make this company. We have recently launched the peoples charter, (a spin off of the customer charter) which puts focus on the staff, creating an environment where they can go against process if they believe it is the right thing to do! This is of course monitored but its a breath of fresh air to see! Summer hours where we can work over our contracted hours over summer and take the accrued time back to spend with our families! Investment in people is amazing! i am currently completing a professional qualification which the company has funded.

Cons

The workload can be a little much at times with peaks and troughs. other than that i have very few cons!
