Pros
Having worked for the organisation for over 10 years, it feels great to able to share that in that time it has never been a better place to work right now. People engagement is high and there is a real focus on the customer and doing the right thing. The really important bit is that we as the people are very empowered to make decisions which in turn creates a happy workforce. The senior management team have worked really hard to change the culture (for the better) and there is a definite inclusive nature to everything that happens at HomeServe which is driven all over at all levels. For a pretty large site of people to feel like a family that's a great effort! I think you'd struggle to find a better environment to be in right now.
Cons
I'd like to see salary bandings for roles, it would help understand along with regular reviews where you are in your journey at that level.
