      Pros

      A workplace that truly cares about it's customers in a way I haven't ever seen before. It runs right through the organisation. Equally impressive is the way the company decides to give excellent customer service, which is to treat it's employees in the best possible way. The engagement scores, particularly for front line engineers, are class leading, which shows in the service given.

      Cons

      Fast pace of change will make this uncomfortable for some, but it's the price of progress!

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Very Customer focused. Great people and very good benefits. Potential to advance and work in other areas.

      Cons

      High turn over of staff, but I would say this is due to the job not being for everyone rather than the company

      A real effort to place the employees at centre of the company Opportunities for development and advancement provided in the Career Development Hub All employees empowered to do what is right for the customer Frequent and transparent communication from the leadership team including the CEO Diverse team Strong benefits package

      Cons

      Perhaps the Walsall site could do with a revamp - but Nottingham and Preston have recently been done so maybe Walsall is next?! In any case, only a minor grumble!
