Pros

Lots of companies proclaim to be dynamic and quick to react to ever changing business landscapes, but here at Homeserve this is genuinely the case. Nothing stands still for too long and this encourages you to work in a constant state of innovation, always with the customer in mind.

Cons

The sheer pace of the business can occasionally feel relentless, but once you get over that, you really embrace it and feel part of the journey.

This is a great business to work in, people care about each other and it has a can-do culture. It's exciting, fast paced and constantly changing as it grows. It cares about its people and its customers. If these words don't excite you then HomeServe is not for you.
