Its a very people focussed culture which encourages collaborative working across different parts of the business. It is also very focussed on customer outcomes and putting the customer first.

Cons

Be ready for lots of change and fast pace at times.

Pros

It is clear and obvious that HomeServe really cares about its Customers but what's more apparent as my time here goes on is just how much they care about the colleagues. This is a business that is fully embracing Diversity & Inclusion, Mental Health Awareness, Flexibility in the workplace, Benefit programmes that surpass most other large organisations, career roadmaps........the list goes on.

Cons

None, you really get out what you put in.

There is a real desire to help employees get the best from their work life and a degree of flexibility allowed with people managing childcare and work. This comes through and makes work life much more enjoyable.
