      Pros

      The company has a real heart when dealing with customers which is great knowing you work for a company with them values. Work had and you will get recognition.

      I can't really think of any cons towards working for homeserve

      Pros

      HomeServe is the best company I have ever worked for. The company has shifted from the old 'bad' times, where it was all about getting policies in to a company that cares and wants to do the right thing for it's customers and it's employees. The Customer focus is absolute key to the success of the company now. It doesn't just stop at the Customers, the employee benefits are amazing too. Free HomeServe policy, discounts at hundreds of shops, what more can I ask for? I love my job, I have a great supportive manager and the leadership team are second to none.

      Cons

      A very small number of people are not quite on board with the company strategy. I think over time, if they don't change, they won't be here as the Customer focus isn't going to go away, so they either join us or leave.

      Pros

      HomeServe wants to engage and motivates its employees. It allows people to join the business, learn, grow and develop to form a successful career. Everyone here has a voice and people listen. Senior leaders are role models and display all the correct characteristics and behaviours which set sold foundations for the business to grow and be successful.

      Cons

      I genuinely think there are no cons to working for this business. We have the right leaders and principles in place which makes HomeServe a exception place to work.
