Pros

Great people, vision and leadership team. The drive and ambition of the leadership team flowed through the entire company, there was a real focus on the front line to do the best for the customer. I felt empowered and fully supported no matter what the work entailed. There is plenty of opportunity to try new and different things, as well as advance in your career. The people you work with day in and day out are fantastic and give you a real sense of 'in it together'. Everyone would be happy to help you develop and achieve your goals.

Cons

I cant think of anything that would count as a con, it was a great place to work.

Pros

HomeServe has changed a lot over the 6 years that I have worked here. We have overcome a lot and our aim is to take care of our customers. This is instilled into all employees in the business and they want to make sure everyone feels empowered to do the right thing for the customers. The People here at HomeServe really do make it a great place to work and the management try to look after them. We have free fruit once a week, pizza once in a while, fun days for all the family and various festive events.

Cons

The pay is not really bench marked across other departments. Other companies tend to offer higher salaries for the same jobs.

Great culture with senior management genuinely committed to developing an engaged, happy workforce. The other big benefit of working for HomeServe is that they are committed to providing delight to customers in the delivery of their services and genuinely care about the customer.
