Pros

It is not just the People that work at HomeServe that makes it special, it is the culture that has to be one of the best. A culture that is lead from the top down and is not just words. All this gives a great place to work and a really family atmosphere. Challenge is welcomed as the ethos is to always do the right thing for Customers and employees. The past is in the past, we have learnt from it but it is not dwelled on. The Leadeship team are visable and easy to approach. Benefits are great and free parking

Pros

The people and culture, feels like one big family at HomeServe! The values, incentives, recognition schemes and the pure fact that everyone has each others backs. Flexibility, you manage your own workload and you have the freedom and responsibility to manage your own time. HomeServe is growing - why not work at a place where the business is on the up! We care and what we do matters - we provide a service making customers lives easier. There's huge progression potential. A healthy work life balance is encouraged

Cons

Although reasonable the wage in comparison to other places is quite low.
