The trust given to employees by management to make the right decisions on the spot without having to spend ages getting authorization from many different areas of the business. The management team are really focused and engaged with all areas of the business and are really open to discussion and ideas no matter where in the business you work. The benefits package is great and the overall environment is such as fun place to work. The management team dont stop people having fun and on most occasions, join in the fun themselves
Cons
Some roles have different salaries even though they may be the same role but under a different area of the business. Good if you're in one of the ones with the higher salary, not as good if you're in one of them on the lower salary.
