      Great career progression, fantastic people, keep the business promises, industry leading, cares about the customers, honest, customer focused, well maintained buildings/offices, fair pay

      I cant think of any cons, its a great place to work, I have to work hard - but i get the satisfaction I require

      Pros

      There's a real focus on our People who are empowered to make a difference. Throughout the organisation there's lots of energy and a desire to improve. It's an exciting place to work that generates lots of opportunities to learn new skills. Our People pride themselves on helping our Customers through difficult situations.

      Cons

      Not a con for me but if you don't like change then HomeServe isn't the place for you. Our systems can often slow our pace of change, however, Management are addressing this with significant investment.

      Pros

      A fun, friendly, fast paced environment - no two days are ever the same. HomeServe continuously strive to improve though at times making difficult decisions to take us to the next level of Customer Service Excellence! Since joining, it has been an endless journey of learning, meeting great hard working people and being inspired on a daily basis. A great work culture and would definitely recommend working here.
