Pros

Authentic culture of putting our People first so that they put our Customers first. Inspirational CEO, who truly lives his open-door philosophy. Small enough business that you can really make a difference, yet big enough that that difference really matters ... and the opportunities really are global. Untapped potential is huge. Currently making some really tough decisions to transform the business for the long-term good (of our People, Customers and shareholders), and facing head-first into the short-term pain.

Cons

Has been really poor at change & transformation management over last few years
