Fun but hard working and fast moving company
Pros
Culture of company is defined through customer and people promises which are used throughout the company. Always opportunities to experience different projects, work-streams or day to day activities. Professional environment with focus on customers and ensuring compliance with regulations, however there always seems time to have a little bit of fun added in. HomeServe does manage this balance much better than my previous company.
Cons
Sometimes can feel a little frantic, with having to balance a number of fast moving projects or urgent requests from different areas of the business. The people development structure and performance reviews can feel a little random and not clearly defined - although there are plans to launch new versions of these so hopefully this will be addressed.
